Step by step, so there are no surprises on arrival.
Collect your bags
Head to baggage claim at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2. Your confirmation text lands when your flight does.
Find the shuttle island
Cross to the transportation plaza and look for the blue Rental Car Center shuttle. It runs every 10 minutes.
Ride five minutes
Shuttles have luggage racks and drop you right at the Rental Car Center entrance.
Go straight to your stall
Express Pickup guests walk to the stall number in their text. Everyone else visits Counter 14.
Drive out
Show your license at the exit booth. The I-5 on-ramp is two minutes away.
